What changes between Starter, Growth and Pro?+

All plans include the complete Yepsta Business OS. The difference is location entitlement: Starter supports 1 location, Growth supports up to 5 locations, and Pro supports unlimited locations.

Are any Yepsta modules restricted by plan?+

No. Academy Management, website, storefront, appointments, CRM, billing, POS, inventory, reviews, packages, memberships, staff tools, reports and other Business OS modules are included across all plans.

Which plan should a new business choose?+

Choose Starter for one location, Growth for up to 5 locations, and Pro if you operate or plan to operate more than 5 locations.

Can I change my plan later?+

Yes. You can upgrade as your business expands to more branches. Plan changes should be reviewed with the billing terms visible during checkout or invoicing.

Are WhatsApp Business API communication credits separate?+

Yes. WhatsApp Business API communication usage is billed separately where applicable because message volume differs by business.

Are payment gateway charges and taxes included?+

No. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Payment gateway, bank, third-party provider and WhatsApp Business API communication charges are separate from the Yepsta subscription where applicable.
